So happy we went with Key Mortgages to help with our house move. Daniel and Beth we're both excellent in commnicating and offering advice along the way, and it really helped make the whole process so less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move house / remortgage, and espeically those who work for the NHS as we received a discount for my wife working for them. Responsive and professional, couldn't recomend them enough.

We received an excellent service and advice from the team at key mortgages, from beginning to end. The team are personable and well organised and it was all joined up with the solicitors to make our house purchase as efficient as possible. We are now clients for life, or at least until we make enough money to pay off the mortgage!
My husband and I used key mortgages to advise us when buying our home, and couldn’t be more glad that we did. From our first meeting with Daniel, we felt at ease. Beth has done all the leg work providing us weekly updates on our mortgage, sale and purchase we have barely had to lift a finger (a world away from our experience as first time buyers). Used Daniel when we were first time buyers. He was brilliant start to finish and was always there to answer any questions we had. As you can imagine it’s quite a scary time going for your first mortgage but Daniel made it as easy as possible for us and went above and beyond for us by working early to ensure he could get us the best deal possible during the covid lockdown when there wasn’t many lenders about. Would highly recommend to everyone and we’re using him again for our remortgage.

I was recommended to see Dan as a first time buyer. I am impressed with both him and Beth, who got my mortgage offer out within a week! Beth has continued to keep me updated each week on how things are progressing with my solicitors, which is again moving much faster than expected. I can’t fault them!
We were still within our fixed term for our mortgage when we met with Dan at Key Mortgages around other insurances but will ONLY be speaking to him for our remortgage! Dan was professional and patiently explained everything (I had no clue!) and took the time to understand what we needed instead of just trying to sell the most expensive option. Working with Dan you feel you have worked together to find the best option for you as the customer instead of just being ‘sold to’. We didn’t feel at all rushed in the process but he was quick to respond to my questions. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and we will be seeing Dan for our remortgage soon!
